Film-maker Aamir Khan in Turkey to finish shooting movie delayed by Covid-19 in India

NIGDE, TURKEY - AUGUST 09: Bollywood actor and director Aamir Khan is in Turkey to complete shooting his latest movie that has been delayed for the past five months due to Covid-19 in his home country. Khan is in Nigde province to prepare for the filming of the final scenes of "Laal Singh Chaddha". Khan, halted production of "Laal Singh Chaddha, an adaptation of the 1994 US film Forrest Gump, in India in due to the severity the coronavirus pandemic there. The world-renowned actor and film-maker plans to spend 45 days with a crew of 300 people filming in the Demirkazık mountains in the southern part of central Anatolia. Khan and his team will also shoot some of the remaining scenes in Istanbul and Adana. The 54-year-old veteran film maker was given a superstar welcome by fans when he arrived at his hotel in Nigde on Sunday (August 9) - where he posed for photos with many of them.
