Mayor Pete Buttigieg talks with an Elks Club member on Dyngus Day

South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who is running as a Democrat for President of the United States, attends the Dyngus Day Solidarity Day Drive Street Renaming at the South Bend Elks Lodge. Dyngus Day is a traditional Polish holiday, but also a time when South Bend candidates traditionally campaigned for office in the city since Indiana's primary election is in early May.
