Red Rocks Amphitheatre installs new food carts with crane

Gallery, a Colorado-based manufacturer of mobile food carts and kiosks, is installing new food carts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in advance of the venue's 2017 concert season. A crane was used to lift some into place while a pulley system and good old fashioned muscle did the rest of the job. President Dan Gallery says discerning patrons want elevated food options.
