Recovering from a heart attack in Cairo, the 77-year-old spiritual leader of the Ismaili Moslems recently celebrated his 70th anniversary as the 48th Imam of the sect. In a symbolic ceremony, he received $840,000, the value of his weight in platinum, from his 5,000,000 followers. It was turned over to a trust to finance a housing project.
