Drink coffee like an Indonesian

Mas Wulandari, owner of mobile restaurant serving kopi joss says that with its different presentation kopi joss is the favorite after dinner choice of Indonesians adding that this particular hot refreshment is good for headache and stomach bloating as well. The word "kopi joss" is combination of the word "kopi" which means coffee in Indonesian and "joss", an immitative word for "hiss" which naturally comes out when glowing coal touches coffee in glass. Kopi joss is served prices from 30 cents to half US dollar depending on where it's sold. According to the local belief glowing coal in kopi joss blocks the entrance of the caffeine to body by absorbing it, kopi joss speeds up digestion system and even acts as an antibiotic when it's combined with carbondioxide.
