The quality of the actors performances manages to convey to the public the deep sense of the Christian faith. On the initiative of the Brotherhood of Easter week, born in 1993, all the milestones that mark the hours before Jesus' death and subsequent resurrection are carefully staged. The public is actively involved, contributing to give even more realism to the scenes. On Friday morning, residents and visitors gather in front of the atrium of the parish church to attend the staging of the trial of Jesus before Pontius Pilate and Herod and the whipping, then participate in a realistic and moving Stations of the Cross to Monte da Croa, where the Crucifixion is staged.
