67th Anniversary of Nakba marked by students

Palestinians marked the passing of 67 years since the "Nakba" (The Catastrophe), when hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were driven from their land to make way for the new state of Israel in 1948. Around 800,000 Palestinians had to leave their homes in Palestinian villages and towns for Arab countries Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt on the heels of Israel's establishment in 1948.
