Senator Duckworth lists past instances of foreign adversary attacks during new American administrations as Middle East troop drawdown announced

Illinois Senator Tammy Duckworth tells reporters at a weekly news conference that America's enemies had tested it within the first year each new administration, including less than six weeks into Bill Clinton's term detonating the World Trade Center basement, within six months of Barack Obama taking the oath of office North Korea had rattled sabers twice by launching a rocket over the Pacific and then conducting a nuclear test, four months after Donald Trump was sworn in Bashar al Assad launched a chemical weapon attack inside Syria that killed at least 90 people and tested the American commitment against use of chemical weapons, and of course nine months into George W. Bush's presidency to 9/11 terrorist attacks, so she had every confidence in America's tactical and technical proficiency and professionalism but their Commander in Chief was making it harder for the military to do their jobs.
