Russian Military Set Up Prison And Torture Chamber For Civilians In Balakliia

BALAKLIIA, UKRAINE – SEPTEMBER 21: (AUDIO OMITTED) Gas masks lie scattered in a room at the district police department used by Russian military as torture chamber for local residents on September 21, 2022 in Balakliia, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. Balakliia was under Russian occupation for half a year. On September 10 city was liberated by Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the liberated Balakliia, law enforcement officers found a torture chamber that the Russian military had set up for local residents. It was organized in the basement of the police department and in the publishing house opposite.
