Congressman Gaetz presses Google CEO over political partisanship in product development

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz continues in questioning alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai at a House Judiciary Committee antitrust hearing about an 2016 internal Google meeting that he understood rhetoric but when members of the senior team had the intent to change the outcome of a subsequent election and since that time conservative websites and reports will be censored, so after employees and top executives said in his present then tended to make the Trump victory a blip, what action had he taken as CEO to protect and preserve neutrality, Pichai saying the new community guidelines had been announced making clear that employees could wear free to have political views but none of that should ever be brought two products and if any evidence was found people were using a political agenda to manipulate content platforms there would be enforcement actions, Gaetz adding that his testimony was different from months earlier that people cannot manipulate blacklists but sites like Breitbart and Gateway Pundit had seen disparate treatments or did not take Sherlock Holmes to connect the dots to see what Google was doing.
