A brave mama quail was seen defending her eggs from two hungry snakes in Tucson, Arizona, in mid-April, footage shows. According to TikTok user @tresssawtucsonrealtor, the trailcam video shows a Gambel's quail successfully fighting off a snake trying to eat her 18 eggs on April 17, but unable to fend off another snake the very next day.
