Aerial:Typhoon Jebi hits western parts of Japan

At least 11 people are dead and 680 others injured as the powerful typhoon Jebi hit western parts of Japan on September 4th. Jebi is one of the strongest typhoons to make landfall in Japan in 25 years. Strong winds blew an 89-meter-long tanker into the bridge linking Kansai International Airport to Izumisano City, Osaka. The airport is built on a man-made island about 5 km off the coast off Osaka. None of its 11 crew were injured and have been rescued. The tanker crew could not start its engine, and officials are waiting for the weather to improve to tug the vessel.
