LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - FEBRUARY 21: The non- EU highly skilled migrants including doctors, engineers, teachers, IT professionals as well as their families and supporters protest outside Houses of Parliament in London against the UK government's 'inhumane and discriminatory' immigration rules.
