Denver City Council considers ban on flavored tobacco products and vape juice.

The Denver City Council is considering a ban on all flavored tobacco products, including vape juice. The proposal is part of a years-long battle from groups fighting teen vaping. The ban would prohibit the sale of flavored vape juice in Denver, along with products that are chewed or smoked. Phil Guerin, owner and founder of Myxed Up, says this ban would destroy his business on East Colfax. He's been in operation for 29 years.
