Two aymara women look at the remains of their house 23 January, 2008 in Alpacoma valley in La Paz, after heavy rains caused a landslide that devastated 11 houses. The Bolivian government decreed on Tuesday a national emergency to counteract damages caused by heavy rains and floods battering the country since last November.
