Remains Of 1857 Uprising Martyrs Exhumed From Kalian Wala Khuh Well At Ajnala

AMRITSAR, INDIA - MARCH 3: The skeletal remains of the martyrs of the Sepoy Mutiny, that were exhumed from Kalian Wala Khuh in Ajnala on March 3, 2014 in Amritsar, India. Kalian Wala Khuh is a martyrs’ place where the remains of over 250 Indian soldiers were dumped unceremoniously by the British in a deep well at Ajnala in the wake of the 1857 uprising.
