Henry Krajewski with Anna Marie Yezo and Mascot

(Original Caption) Henry Krajewski, erstwhile pig farmer of Secaucus, New Jersey, tossed his wide brimmed campaign hat into the ring today at the Belmont Plaza Hotel in New York as he officially launched his 1956 campaign for President of the United States. Krajewski is running as an independent candidate representing his newly formed "American Third Party," 1956 successor to his "Poor Man's Party" under which he unsuccessfully ran in 1952 against Dwight D. Eisenhower and Adlai Stevenson. He is shown here with his running mate, Anna Marie Yezo, 37-year-old North Bergen, N.J., housewife, and "Little Miss Secaucus," the party's suckling piglet mascot and standard bearer. Planks in Krajewski's campaign platform will be highlighted with the cry, "No Piggy Deals in the White House!"
