Speaker Paul Ryan says Congress Legislating Again

During a weekly press conference, House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin tells a reporter asking about the ticket items such as tax reform that there is currently a president who does not want to lower tax rates on individuals and small businesses, not knowing what else to say other than he does not have the votes to override a veto, calling tax reform one is the crown jewels in an agenda to revive the economy. Ryan says that the Congress has passed a lot of things, such as a highway bill, an education bill and a rewrite of customs laws.
